For those persons registered for the 2025 REOC International Rally that are not currently members of the club, there is a small fee to pay to attend the rally. Payment is taken through PayPal, although you do not need a PayPal account to make payment, you just need a valid credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, just choose the “Check Out” option, and then the “Debit or Credit Card” button.
